I have same experience! After placing the order and transferring the funds online, the site declined the order! Nobody is responding to my email or picking up phones!! Be careful, try COD orders or better stick to other trustyworthy websites !!

Received response, waiting for the product!!

I have received the product as per the order. I also received call from the investigation team of the Vendor clarifying the situation.

I am fully satisfied with the product and the matter is settled positively.

I have purchased online and made the payment through my credit card but product was not delivered to me they told me payment was not received i send my credit card statement as well but no body was responding properly .

I have bought apple iphone 4 from maniacstore and I got my product within 5 days so they are providing outstanding and very fast product delivery. I really appreciate that.

This is a bloody fraud site with sitting to attend the phone. My order is 113260. I call them every two days and they say they haven't yet dispatched it and are going to dispatch it the next day. This continued for more than 8 days. Finally when I said that tell me straight if you are going to deliver it or not, there was no reply given to me and instead all I heard was a background voice saying 'kat de phone' (disconnect the phone). The line was disconnected and I haven't been able to talk ever since. It keeps telling me that I am in queue.

I don't know why is there no stringent rules for such misbehaviour and fraud as it easily is a sort of a cyber crime, swindling the online customers. Is this harassment a valid case for consumer court? If it is then I am ready to take it up there.
