Maruthi Swift — not delivering the car at time

i had booked a maruti swift zdi glistering grey colour on 31th sep,2011 with Rs 50000 booking amount at Kalayani motors,mysore road,bangalore ..I was promised to deliver the car within 2 months of booking. The loan of Rs 3 lakhs was sanctioned by 05 nov,2011 ( from HDFC bank ).. my loan is deducting frm 3 months without the car..i have registered the complaints 2 times but no use..thy r telling the same old story..pls let me knw u will deliver the car or shall i cancel the booking or i will go to consumer court.. i visited the showroom and they are that they do not have any stock cars r not coming frm company telling sme unwanted reasons..but the cars r on the road in blore city..my frnd booked after mine and he got the car in december oly..every time I call, I have to hear –Sir sorry we don’t have the stock, we have sent your car demand to maruti etc. He always tries to avoid/ignore our call and most of the times says that “I will call back in 10 minutes”, and never calls back. Nobody in Competent is giving me present status of my booking, the behaviour of the staff is very ignorant, harsh and pathetic. They simply say if you can’t wait you can cancel the booking (Very harshly and filled with attitude). We have landed in a situation of begging for our car rather purchasing (Matter of shame for Maruti).
