Maruti 800 — cheating

Dear Sir

I am regretted to inform you that my car which was delivered to SPECTRA MOTORS on 27/05/2011 ,is not attended till date. Moreover the attempts were made by staff to fool me by handing over unserviced car
and extort money for work which was not done.

My car MH-04 AH 4501 MARUTI 800,was received and taken drive test by JAYESH (supervisor)&(AMIT-service advisor)on 27/05/2011 at SPECTRA MOTORS.He noted details wrong such as no jack& handle but it was in car when it was brought to their notice,then they admitted their mistake.also A/C was working ,it was not noted in job sheet.
further unserviced car was sent without attending faults such as gear lever play was not attended although gear box was overhauled .brake cleaning was not done but labour charges were applied (Rs1000/-).handbrake was not repaired but charges(Rs 250/-)were added in bill.Door adjustment was not done ,fuel indicator was not attended it was showing false reading.whipper blade was missing .car was jerking .Initially A/C was working but now it is found that A/C cooling is not there.
When these complaints were brought to notice of person named SANDY .First he said A/C was not working before delievery at workshop,when it was pointed out that such remark was not mentioned on receipt/job card,then he said supervisor might have forgotten to write. Finally it was noticed that earthing of compressor was connected after goverhaulin
same was admitted by SANDY .further it was learnt from him that jerking of car was due to moisture accumulation & improper overhauling
It is cheating as bill of amount Rs 14200/- was prepared and sent for payment without work & not attending faults.
You are requested to look into matter urgently .
