Since Last 30 Days We given the phone call but today your person Mr. Ishwar came For Pickup the Car timing Was 9:30 am but they came on 11 Hrs. After 2 Hrs mr. Elen Call me & Asked me What is the Problem Whether it was allready made the complain to [censored]al, rekha, Swati Madam.

Of late I have observed that the sealant bonding the bonnet and the supporting metal frame is giving away, resulting in, even slight pressure by the hand crates dent and noise, the gauge is so thin.

I am regretted to inform you that my car which was delivered to SPECTRA MOTORS on 27/05/2011 ,is not attended till date. Moreover the attempts were made by staff to fool me by handing over unserviced car
and extort money for work which was not done.

Went to Rana Motors, Wazirpur, new delhi yesterday to get our 1 year old maruti 800 serviced and shocked to see that the original Maruti fitted front seat belts buckles(red in color) with their rods have been replaced with old buckles of different colour(orange) and old repaired rods after the servicing was completed.

Problem with the Car AC

I bought October 2001 Maruti 800 model from Maruti True Value showroom (Vipul Motors) at Tonk Road, Jaipur in October 2009. (RJ 14 6C 2047)
