Sir,
I have handed over my Alto LXI Car (Registration No.OR02AR7855) on 15.10.2009 to M/s Narayani Motors Private Limited, Work Shop at 217 - Cuttack Puri Road, Jharpada, Bhubaneswar - 751 006, Ph[protected] for repair and renovation. But till today no repair and renovation has been done on the ground of non-availability of spares and it is lying in the work shop in the damaged condition. I am very much disappointed with the inordinate delay and poor service rendered by your authorized service centre.
I therefore request you to kindly intervene in this matter and give direction to the authorized service centre for completing the repair and renovation of my car within two days.
