[Resolved]  Maruti Dzire Ldi — Engine complaint

I am very much frustrated to write a mail like this. I bought a brand new Maruti Suzuki Dzire LDI car on july 3rd 2010. But now I thought that it was not a good decision. My vehicle now completed 5039 kms and I approached Hercules Automobiles INT’L(p) LTD, the authorized dealer and service provider of maruti at Trivandrum for my vehicle’s second service. But what I happened to see was a real shock to me. While they are doing the test drive, after completing first 2 kms, it was happened to hear an abnormal sound from the engine side and RPM was very high. Also the smoke produced at that time was very high. And the service engineer tried to switch off the vehicle but he couldn’t and he ran away from the vehicle. After some time the engine came to the off state. After 10 minute he tried to start the vehicle again but there was no responds from the engine. He tried again and again, and finally the engine gets started with a knocking sound, and he drove the vehicle to their yard.
I had bought this vehicle only 4 months ago and it completes only 5039 Kms. But the service engineers finding was not fair to a vehicle like this. They told me that a piston of the engine is not at all working. And they thought that it is due to the faults in the CKP sensor or ECM system. They took one full day to reach this assumption. But they are not sure this is the actual complaint.
