I own a maruti swift RJ14 CD 2339 and got the insurance policy renewed by Maruti Insurance in march 2010 with cashless advantage.
I met with an accident on 4/5/10 and went to the dealer(M/S Vipul Motors) on 5/5/10. I did all the formalities of the claim procedure.
By evening I recieved a phone call from the surveyor which really made me felt that i have done a big mistake by opting for maruti insurance for my vechile. I was really embarrassed to have maruti insurance as my policy.
It seemed as if I have to know before the accident how much my car wil get damaged. When I asked him about the fender damage he told me about all the leaglities of the insurance companies and made sure that i should never ever opt again for this insurance poilcy and told me that it cannot be done whereas it was damaged in the accident. I was remembering the face of the guy who had done my policy and had made various claims of hassleless and ease in case of claims settlement.
I was feeling cheated.
It was never expected such a erratic behaviour from a reputed and no.1 company of cars i.e. Maruti in india. I had faith on maruti which was shattered by this behaviour.
Is there anyone to listen to our complaints .????

i have bought a car from batra auto which is insured by icici lombard . due to some reason the registration of my delayed . an accident happened with me on 19 may 2010 . i went to batra to subbmit my car for repair & the suryey has finish his duties as well he was saying that i can not claim the damage money because my car is not registered at the time of accident. no body is ready to help me in this case . icici surveyor was saying that we will not give the claim to you . you can go every where whether it is court or maruti also.
please look this matter seriously and help me in this case .
