[Resolved] Maruti Insurance — payment deducted transaction failed no refund yet after 40 days | |||
While trying to renew my insurance policy the payment amount was debited via bharatqr from my card. However, the transaction page displayed below error message. Can you please check the same. Vehicle reg. No - ka*3676 — — — Something went wrong The transaction could not be completed and the policy cannot be renewed. Please try renewing your policy again. If the payment was deduced from your account, please call our dedicated customer support center for assistance Transaction paymentid :[protected] Policy proposal no : r[protected] Total amount : 10947.00 — I raised multiple complaints on your customer care number and nobody has reached me regarding this. Every time they say we have escalated and someone will call you back. But nobody calls back. I made at least 10 calls. Numerous emails to the customer care email is unanswered as well.
