fake app letter

WHEN THERE IS NAME AND MOBILE NO.AND BANK A/C DETAILS , WHAT IS STOPPING THE POLICE TO NAB THEM, OR IS IT OUR SAME OLD POT BELLEIED POLICE FORCE , GOOD FOR NOTHING- MY DEEP CONDOLENCES TO MR. D.ARUNKUMAR, WHO HAS ALREADY PAID MONEY TO THE ROGOUES AND IS NOT GETTING REFUNDS BUT THE BAS****DS ARE ASKING FOR MORE.
