Maruti Suzuki India Limited — No response for last 36 Hours from Maruti On Road Service No.[protected] | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform that I purchased a Maruti Zen Estilo Car of LXI Model on 31.5.2009 from Rana Motors Pvt. Limited, New Delhi, an authorised Dealer of Maruti Suzuki Ltd. India. The car is within warranty. Registration No. of Car is DL 9CW 2263 Since 15.4.2011 to 17.4.2011 I was not driving my car since I sustained injury in my left hand because of fracture. So my car was not running and dumped for a month. As a result of which the battery of the car has been discharged and became defunct. I contacted No.[protected] the number of Rana Motors Ltd. from whom I purchased the car. They told me to lodge the complaint to Maruti on road Service No. 1800 4200. Since then for last 36 hours I am dialling the number but could not lodge the complaint as it remained busy. I requested maruti customer care number[protected] and told them to do something. But they did not help me. Please advise me what to do. I even contacted Rana Motors number of times[protected] but they ignored me and aksed me to contact me at 1800 4200 which is not responding.
