Maruti Suzuki — irresponsible attitude

Due to an accident occurred, I had given my vehicle to M/s Sarathy Automobiles,Kollam for repair. At the time of giving vehicle they told me that, it will take one week for repairing my vehicle. Due to simple reasons, they have given my vehicle after two weeks. During the tenure of my vehicle in the workshop, they have handled my car with utter careless manner. During my visit to know the progress of the work, I found the front bumpers was scratched and while I en quire about this, they told that it was happened unknowingly from their side. At the time of delivery (after completing the painting works), deep scratches were found on the right side fender portion and it is still not rectified. Even after finishing all the works, the doors were found to be not closing properly, improper alignment of doors, paint on seats etc, were found. It is worth noting that all these complaints occurred due to improper handling of my vehicle and also due to irresponsible attitude of the workshop personals. I request you to kindly do the needful. Dear Sir,
I am associated with Maruti since 1993. I owned a Maruti 800 in 1993 and a gypsy and maruti omni since 1997.

and now i had booked for wagon r vxi model on 13/05/10.

when i had booked for the vehicle, ABT Maruti (Karaikudi Extn. Counter) associated to ABT Ltd, Madurai promised that they would deliver the vehicle within one month.

now it is delayed - thatis not a problem. there are several reasons for that.

i approached the sales manager at Karaikudi and asked if i would get the vehicle very soon. (so that i make arrangement for the money) and to make arrangements to sell my omni.

He told that i would get it within 6 days and i too sold the vehicle. When i approached the manager at ABT Madurai - he said that i would not get the vehicle even in July.

In that case why did the sales manager promised me to deliver the vehicle within 6 days? He PROMISED ON 06/07/10 TUESDAY - THAT MEANS I SHOULD GET THE VEHICLE ON 12/07/10 OR 13/07/10.

NOW i had sold the vehicle and i dont have any. I had a lot of commitments like visiting my daughter at Yercaud who is studying in a boarding school, receiving my brother who is coming from Zambia and many work at school that i own.

I request you look into the matter and find out why he had tried to cheat me.

It is worth noting that all these complaints occurred due to improper handling of my vehicle and also due to irresponsible attitude of the workshop personals and these type of service centers will definitely spoil the fame your esteemed company. I request you to kindly do the needful.
