Maruti Suzuki — parking sensor not working

I DR SATISH S JOSHI HAD PURCHASED WAGOR R DUO FROM SIMRAN MOTORS ON14 12 2009.MHO6 3436.ON 11 7 2010 I HAD VISITED SIMRAN MOTORS,FOR COMPLAINING PARKING SENSOR ,STILL IN WARRANTY NOT FUNCTIONING.I WAS ASSURED THAT AN COMPLAINT NUMBER WILL BE ISSUED AND FAULTY PIECE REPLACED WITH IN 23 DAY'S. I AM STILL WAITING. PLEASE HELP?
