I had booked new maruti Ritz vdi abs new mystique red of order booking /commitment checklist customer copy number 3430 in Sagar Automobiles Banerghatta road brach Bangalore of Sales executive Sukumar and Manager of Sales Pawan on September 12 2012 till now I didn't receive the car. He told That I will get The car in 1 week. He rote That he will get The car in 2 or 3 weeks but now This is 7Th week till now he has not got The car and he is not respecting the customesrs and telling that he will give me after 1 month from now that is 10 or 11 weeks while other showrooms are delivering. He is telling that if you want you take or cancel the booking. He is talking in rude manner. He is not giving respect to the customers. This is the type of sales executive and this is the type of people get dealerships from maruthi. He is not at all receiveing the call. If I call he tells you cancel booking if you want. I have to pay more amount of money because of him and Sagar Automobiles. He has done the mistake an why the customer has to face loss. This way if it goes maruthi sales will fall due these sales executive and this type of dealers. Why the customer has to face loss but he has deliverd my vehicle to to other customer and made losts of money this is misstake of the sales executive and the dealer. Who has given job to these people. The vehicle on time but he is playing wiTh The customers. He is delaying and delivering ohers my vehicles. OTher showrooms are operating properly but why sagar automobiles are delaying The customers.
