[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Non receipt of registration certificate /smart card from dealer after five months of purchase

Before coming to my complaint about non receipt of registration certificate/ smart card , from your dealer , after 5 months of my purchase of an SX4 / CNG/Vxi vehiche , I would like to point out a few more things which speaks about your debilitating customer care practices .

I have purchased a Maruti SX4/CNG/Vxi in dec2010 . Apart from the fact that your dealer has not given me the resigtration certificate yet , I am very surprised that till date there has been no attempt from your company to directly get in touch with me to find out how the product is performing .

I remember last time when I had purchased a zen , there were Regular letters / surveys/calls directly from the company , for more than a year , to find out from the customer about the vehicle,s performance & customer satisfaction . It seems you have abandoned those practices , with your increased business & market capture. Hope you have not left it to your dealers , who are not doing much in this matter any more .

now comming to my complain ..... the details of vehicle which i have purchased is given below

I had purchased a Marti SX4 Vxi cng/MARUTI SX4 GREEN from M/S Vipul Motors Gurgaon , Haryana outlet in December 2010 . The details of the purchase/vehicle is given as under

invoice date : 15/12/2010
chassis no :MA3EFJCIS00175934
Engine no : 2036348
colour : SILKY SILVER
Place of registration : new delhi
Registration No : DL3CBV0433

As on date I have not received the Vehicle registration certificate / smart card for my car , issued by govt of National Capital Territory of Delhi . I have been following up with the dealer for the past four months for this certificate .
