[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki (Swift Dzire VDi) — Not Satisfied with Service

Mr Shinzo Nakanishi,

I am a Proud Owner of Marutisuzuki Swift Dzire, VDi Model My Car Registration Number is MH 04 DR 1309,

I was Satisfed with my car Very Much but After mt Second Free Service Following Faults has Occured in my Car

Last time attended by service centre on 15th Dec 2008, My Car is Getting Serviced in Installments, very time they take car one part or the other is Missing still the problems did not get resolved

1)Power Windows Not Working[protected] Job Done------ Now OK
2) Wiper Washer not Working[protected] Job Done ----- But the Pressure is not Sufficient
3) Inside Mirror Cap Missing[protected] Job Done ----- OK
5) Fixing of New Mud Flaps[protected] Not Done------- As per Mr Shailesh the material came but of Different Model again reordered
6) Bad Smell Coming Inside the car ------- Not Done ----- Still the same.
7) Fix New Centre AC Grill[protected] Job Done[protected] OK
8) Rear Wheel Humming Noise Check for Rear wheel Bearing[protected] Job Done---- Still I am feeling Some Problem .
9) Tyre Rotation 5 wheel Rotation[protected] Job Done -------- Ok
10)Fix Front Right Hand Side Fog Lamp Bulb & Holder Properly[protected] Job Done[protected] OK
11) Fix Rear RHS Finder Lining Properly[protected] Not Done[protected]
12) Adjust Head Light Focus[protected]---- Job Done[protected] OK
13) Check Noise from Front / LHS Door[protected] Not Done ------ Still the same
14) Check Diccky Hard Loose[protected]Job Done[protected] but Still i feel it s same
15) Fix New Rear / LHS Outer weather strip[protected] Not Done--------
16) Silencer Muffler Pinched[protected] Silencer Replaced ----- But there is Lot of Noise coming Now as if i am Driving Some Truck, , , , , , , ,
17) Central Console[protected] Not Done
18) Gear Lever Cable[protected] Not Done
For All These Complaints, I Visited One of Your Authorized Service Centre at Sanpada M/s S K Wheels Pvt Ltd. I had Given my Car for Running Repairs, on 10th Nov 2008.

IS there some body in Maruti who will listen to all customer Griviences, I am really Fed up with this Car Since I have Purchased every Month its goes to Service centre to show its face to them that still i am alive, Every time oit goes to service centre a new problem comes in picture, I Doubt the capability of the service engineers,
My Biggest Worry Now is that i had Got the Silencer replaced But the Noise level has Increased so much that one really hear noise of the Silencer coming like we are driving any car of Olden days,
