[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki Wagon R — NOT GETTING WASHING FROM PRIVILEGE CARD PURCHASED

Since RADHA GOVIND,MUZAFFAR NAGAR, U.P. is become authorized distributor of MARUTI we customers are not getting good service output from them.
On their opening they have sold PRIVILEGE SERVICE BOOKLET for 500 which i had purchased one from them which includes various offers for service & coupons for washing free.
Now when today i had called up to realize one washing coupon they directly said no to that an said that the coupons are expired in 31 December 09.
But when Miss SWATI MALIK sold me that she had convinced me that i can use the same coupon whenever i get the time.
On one side they showed me that we are PRIVILEGE CARD holder and will get good support but on the contrary everything is coming out to be negative.
Earlier when i got my service done it was not up to mark and the noise problem from left front wheel remained same and no calls i had received from them to ask about after service update which I prior always used to get from TANYA AUTOMOBILES.
Today i requested them again on [protected] number that i just want to avail a free washing coupon only but they bluntly said no for that.
This kind of behavior if a customer will get from the Authorized MARUTI DISTRIBUTORS then how bad will the reports we'll give to others about the service quality.
Hope we will get a prompt solution for the same.
