[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki / Wagon R VXi — Engine hydrolock due to heavy rain

I buy this car on 16th July 2010 now Maruti is tell me it is not under warranty and also not under insucance they are charging me around 15000 to 20000 rs and my new car engine is also open.
