Dear sir
This is following my last mail to you regarding the service of my car at Sai Service Station, Kochi, Kerala. I had detailed you about how my car that was given for 2nd free service with a minor complaint about steering wheel vibration. The date of delivery confirmed by them was 11th and after two weeks the car is still with them. After my first mail to you those people called me and confirm to deliver it last week but then postponed it to another two days which was suppose to be Monday 22/9/08. Though things did not shaped up as confirmed but now they call up and say that I have to shell out Rs.1500 to service to enable them deliver the car.
I don't understand why this Rs.1500 for free service, secondly now I am least interested to go to your dealer and get the car, unless they home deliver it. Maruti has a good track record of customer service, but now I have my own doubts. I know it will be very difficult to break that jinx about Maruti's goodwill, but let me see if my case and reviews that I am likely to post on those website will make any difference.
At the first place, I would like you to know that nobody gave this car as charity to me; I have paid the price to acquire the same, and will not allow anybody to take me for a ride. You have rubbed me on the wrong side, and now it just out of my impulses. There are competitors out there waiting for a story to capitalize, and you gave me the chance. Last but not the least I am taking this issue further very seriously, can't wait any longer. I just wanted to confirm if I can get for what I pay.
Once again I am not going to take the delivery of the car anymore since I am busy with my work, all the previous commitment has been blown up the air, and I do not want to make a fool of myself.

When i reached to Sai Service office at Fugewadi, Pune to buy a CAR, i saw a board on which it was written that " If you did not get a Free ride, ask for the GIFT". When i checked with the sales executive, i was told that it was just written like that. Somebody had put it on the board and forgot to remove from the wall.
I booked bought a car in 8th May 2009 and today is 10th Sep 2009. i have not received my Smart Card till date. i have Called a Sales Executive many times but he does not have time to check with his office.
Sai Service is least bothered about our money, they are interested only in their incom. so next time When you want to buy a Car, i suggest you to buy from some other dealer and not from Sai Service.
