Maruti Swift Dzire — take off horn of the car and very bad service

I gave my swift dzire for service to the maruti suzuki service centre but when i get my car back the horn of the car was not working properly and the car was also not washed properly. When I went back in the sevice centre they are not listening me.

My Swift Dzire LXI -Purchased on Jan -2011; Done 1800Kms- has the perennial problem of engine over-heating which has repeated even after the 1st and 2nd service of the vehicle. Everytime the engine over-heats, the car stalls and fails to restart.We have faced this problem for 8 times till date. We have informed about this problem/defect multiple times to the Service Center which they failed to resolve till date.This problem has aggravated over a period of time.

On 23rd August, this vehicle has stalled after running for 24Kms at a stretch and the support team at r had to tow the vehicle to their service center.The Service center folks has informed me that they have inspected the engine and they found it faulty .They informed us that, they have send the pictures of the faulty section inside the engine to the MarutiSuzuki-Delhi center.The vehicle is now with theService Center.


It's extremely disappointing that it has happened to a vehicle which ran for just 1886 Kms. My other car - Hyundai - i10 Auto; Purchased on May-2011 ; Done 3000Kms has no problem till date.

We have conveyed the message that we will not be able to accept any engine which has opened and re-assembled at the service center.

Didn't expect this from MarutiSuzuki.

i have a swift dzire vdi bought on 22oct.2008.it has run for 24000kms till date.for the last few days, i have been facing starting problem in the car.its a common trait to stop the car when on signal.during durga puja this year in kolkata, i was out with my family and was waiting on a signal.as the lights turned green, i turned on the ignition, but the engine didnt take off.just imagine!hundreds of cars behind me honking away their horns, blowing thier minds off.thanks to the kolkata police, they interviened and saved the day for me.the car suddenly started when i took another chance, and i came back home with my family members disappointed.now tthe problem persists and when i called the mohan motors service, they told me that it might be due to common rail something(i didnt get the term correctly) problem for which the car needs to be taken to the service centre.they are coming tomorrow and i dont have any idea how much they are going to charge.my car is under extended warranty scheme.will that help me.god knows!

Dear sir, l have swift dzire vxi bought 2010 December.It has run for 12000 kmp till date.But suddenly I have been facing starting problem in my car.suddenly stop my car and car all light.Car didn't working & starting.But my car horn is only working.After few minutes all light is on, but when I starting the car all light is of/on and some sound is happened.but my car is not starting..Then I called some people to push my car and I push 2nd no. Zear then my car is started.But in the middle my car again on/of light automatically.I am not understand what i doing.The same problem is happening still now...My contact no.is [protected](m)

hi i have a swift dezire vxi bought on may 2015 its done 5000 kms and have the starting problem, I had parked for 10 minutes with my ac blower on and with fog lamps lit . When i cranked the engine it refused to start and sounded like the battery down. I kept cranking and it did not start, i got pissed as its a four month old new car, After some time i started and it started voila .. This has happened to me twice and Now I am seriously thinking its a Major Problem .. Please some one resolve orelse i will go to the higher authorities and sue u Maruti ..
