[Resolved]  Maruti Swift VXI — Car met with an accident due to malfunctioning in Front left Wheel.

Hi There,

This was very disappointing and disheartening for me, I bought my Car on 1st Feb 2009 and it was only run for 1500 KMS in two months. One fine day while I with my whole family (5 Members including my 04 Yrs old Son) was travelling towards Agra, tyre of the front wheel disbalanced and get removed from running car and we got crashed with the divider.
There was a real big Damage in my car and when i Called up that service center from where i Bought the car they told me to just go through the booklet as they cannot give any support on that. Fortunately in that unknown city one unknown gentleman helped us to reach the Workshop in Agra. There in that authorized service center, people told us that the car will be given to you on 14th April ( Written on Job Sheet). When we reached on 14th they told us to come on 18th, on 18th they told us to come on 22nd and on 22nd they are telling us to come on 26th.

Are we so much free to visit Agra from Faridabad again and again.Request you to give me deadline on that.

For this please consider some points which are coming on my mind:

1.Explain : Why there was malfunctioning in the new Tube less Tyre, and who is responsible for the loss incurred do you this SMALL malfunctioning.

2.Why the person from Service center from where I purchased the Car did not helpded us in crisis.He could have atleast given us the number of Agra's dealer.

3.Why the people on Agra's workshop not taking the simple customer seriously.

4.What will be the deadline for my Car's delivery.
