[Resolved]  Max Hospital — pf pension not received from last one year

Dear sir,
My name is Jitendar Sharma, worked in Max Hospital, N.Delhi, my P.F(pension).No. 11332 / 13410, since one year i didn't get money. One cheque was issued to bank for (my)A/C No.[protected]-1. Cheque No. 950502 Date:24/04/2008, Rs.8339/-but i did not received till now, so please do the need full i will be thankfull to you.
