I have taken life insuarnce coverage anong with Home loan in the month of Sep-10 but till date have not received copy of original Policy. After many follow-up also not able to get the policy.
The property has been puchased in Ahmedabad. and The Max new york policy number is PHR[protected] Dtd 14-10-10.
Kindly help me to get original policy.

Thank you for your query. Further to our discussion would like to clarify that we have issued a single master policy to AXIS Bank Limited, Policy No. 124897. The policy documents along with terms and conditions have been sent directly to Axis Bank Ltd.
As this is a Credit Life Policy, every customer who takes home loan and opted for MNYL policy, will get a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from us. As confirmed by your goodself you have already received the hard copy of the COI issued by MNYL in original. This COI also carries relevant terms and conditions for your reference which is sufficient in itself.
