I'm Raj bala i have policy with Max new york life insurance company and i surrender my policy as of 13/12/2011. but still have not received any amount from insurance company i have so many time call to max customer care they were not giving me response.so please do any action against max.

Not received policy

I have taken life insuarnce coverage anong with Home loan in the month of Sep-10 but till date have not received copy of original Policy. After many follow-up also not able to get the policy.

The property has been puchased in Ahmedabad. and The Max new york policy number is PHR[protected] Dtd 14-10-10.


Kindly help me to get original policy.
