no agent for taken money

myself amit srivastava from bahraich . i have a max newyork life insurance yearly installment Rs.-20000-00 .. but no agent come for taken money...........mobile no. 9415160685

Dear Amit Srivastava,

You are requested to avail of the following options to make your payment towards your policy premium.
a) You may visit our website and pay Online www.maxnewyorklife.com
b) You may visit our nearest branch and deposit the premium
c) You may courier your premium cheque or DD to the nearest branch
d) You may also avail the ECS (Electronic Clearing Service) facility by providing ECS mandate form and send it to us along with a canceled cheque.

Please note that in-case of non-payment your policy will lapse and you will not be able to avail of the benefits that come with your current policy. We would request you to make the payment at the earliest

i Arun Puri policy holder no 453897951 is depoisting my installment regurly but sorry to inform that no infermation is intimated by your deparment since june 2010. The reason is not known to me. Pl imform.
