[Resolved] Maxx Mobile — Service | |||
I have purchased a maxx mobile (model no. GC735) in the month of October 2010 since 1st month i am facing problem with the handset one or the other when i went to service center they kept my mobile for 1 day but problem unresolved. When i tried contacting the other consult person of the company Mr. Raja Salve they are least bothered to reply in prompt & correct manner now my handset is not working at all & they are asking me to drop my headset in the service center for 15-20 days also they are not assuring me that the problem will be resolved. I have purchased a maxx ax 51 hand set. Unfortunatliy my mobile fell down and broken touch screen. I had gone to your service centre and file my complaints before 5 months. I have regularly contact to them. But their are no responds.Kindly do the needful.
