I have purchased one new Max handset on 30/05/2010 from Kailash Deep Mobiles,pimpri pune-411017 and from starting onwords there is problem in the memory card ie data not recieved, i went to dealer but he refused to give new memory card then i went to survice centre at vashi navi mumbai-400703 (varad electronic) but Mr satish, survice engineer was behaving very badlyly, tempararily he accept the complaint & kept the mobile for rectification & told to come after 20 days. Is this correct solution for that memory card problem? I told to replace it with new memory card but he was arguing & refuse to give immediate survice & also using very bad words about Maxx company that it is very chief company, company only, not giving spare parts on time so How will help we people like that he told. Plz suggest the solution for this problem.

Maxx — Memory card not got
I have given my maxx 2GB memory card for replacementand the provider said that he will give the memory card with in 20 days form the submit
but since 1 month passs away the provider is not responding as he should ...
and going several time he just says that the card has not come and don't know when it will come....
i feel he is trying to get the card into his pocket .........
plzzzz find a away out of this....
