Customer complaint was no Handsfree & Charging mode was in operation.When I returned home , I was shocked ,that no complaint was attended & problem remained as it is. My DOP of Mobile is 23/07/2011 & is under warranty period.Above & all, had taken hospitalization treatment & I was discharged as on 16/11/2011 from the hospital. I am really felt ashamed of Max mobile with such poor service.After DOP , within '10' days, the piece required service & if also repeated got no service or poor servicefrom service agency.
