[Resolved]  Mca Degree From Sikkim Manipal University — SIX month delay in my Certificate

This is so shameful that SIkkim Manipal university is playing such a dirty game with students they are just only doing the money making and do not care about the students future....

I have completed my MCA degree in Feb 2009 but I don't know how my Internal assessment marks were not updated on my mark sheet in final result but they have failed me in the exams I further done the correspondence with the center (Media Feature India Pvt. Ltd, center code 2017 at Pusa Road, New Delhi) and got the provisional certificate as I have cleared all the exams in Feb 2009 and they promise me that when I will get my final score card everything will be up to date as per my passing date (Feb 2009) but when I got my final degree I was shocked it was six month delayed from the passing time mentioned over the certificate the appearing date over the certificates was July-August 2009 six month delayed.
from here the real game stared by the center manger Mr. Sadan Mukarjii he sent some fake mail to some one he called the Additional registrar of SMU Mr. Ashok, when I asked to give me the contact no. of this registrar then he said he is the senior most guy of the university and afraid me the I should not talk to him and also told me that let me (Mr Sadan) talk to him after a long wait and lots of argument over the phone I got below mention reply
"Dear Sachin,

The Additional Registrar has informed me the following:

"The result declaration is carried out based on the regulations. Once degree certificate is issued modification of any content is a violation as the same is not permitted."

You can see there how smartly the center head wash his hand from this mater... now he is not even picking the phone and not even giving the proper reply to my questions...


I am really feel bad and help less..I will be very thankful if someone had the same issue with SMU can join hand with me. I am also planing to file a sue against the university and the center...but dont know from where I have to start
