McDowell Water — germs

I stay in bhayandar as water of bhayadar doesnt suits my wife so we took Mac Dowel (Bisleri ) water from Shruti agent and costent is Mr. Sanjay.First new bottle was ok but when we replaced the new bottle we saw that germs were there in bottles . Germs means (small kida in hindi) and when we informed immediately to the agent he is easily saying what happen , i will replace it and he told to inform the factory. I had a talk with Mr Sawant and Asha they said that they are coming in evening but the Asha madam is saying it is not possible that there will any germs. So they want to easily escape from this and want to blame the consumer. What is the use of purchasing so costly water with germs .I want the answer for this.
