We too registered the company recently and received VPP for 2184. we refuse to accept the same.
When I tried to find the companies contact to check on this but there is nothing I could get from the net. Mega book Company is fraud
Above comment states the truth that they are targetting newly registered companies for this kind of fraud. The concerned should look in to it seriously and stop the source from where they are obtaining the addresses.

Courier Cheats!!!
Beware of FRAUDS or getting CHEATED by the Mega book Company at delhi.
Im lucky to escape the fraud as i was out of station, received a VPP slip from the Postal department was happy to see that i have received something in the name of newly formed ALPAULS ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. company . on inquiring i was told that i was too late to receive as the postal department has already sent it back to the origin where it was couriered from.
trying to get it back i found it to be a big fraud ...

We don't ordered any courier and we received one courier from Mega Book Co, Delhi and they are charging around 2000/-Rs from each company. When i search it then i came to know that its a labor laws books and some Spam book's inside this courier and i denied to take it and i returned it.
Please find this Co and arrest them.
