Dear Sir,
I wish to state that myself MAHESH KUIMAR SAINI I had opted for pension plan on August 2010. And got the P.D on 06-01-11 with a policy no.[protected] months later after the application date).
On the same date[protected] I wrote an application regarding the free look cancelation. But 2 months later I didn’t got any response from MetLife India. Then, I call to the customer care executive they told me that your application which was written on 06-01-11 was cancelled because you don’t have mention the reason for cancellation.
After that again I wrote an application on 16-03-11 and submitted in MetLife branch in Sector 14 of Gurgaon. And they told me that your request would be cleared after two weeks.
Then, after two weeks I went to the MetLife Branch Office and they told that your policy cancellation is under process and you would come after one week.
Again after one week I call to MetLife office, still they told that your request is under process and we will intimate you later on.
Please review this matter.
