[Resolved]  metlife india insurance co. ltd. — Provident fund pending even after 8 months of leaving the organisation

Dear sir/Madam

This is with response to my pf id no: kn/25482/6213 i had with my previous employer M/s Metlife India Ins Co.Ltd. My last day of leaving the organisation was 30th of june 2008.

I submitted all my documents including f and f and all other formalities on 31st of june 2008; the very next day itself. I recieved a courier from the company after 3 months of continous follow ups which included my pf form and it stated that i had to put my signature in 2 places. I had earlier sat with the hr head for the company on 30th of june 2008 and it was in her presence after full checks on application that i had submitted the documents. I had then put these signatures also.Now these pages were missing and i was asked to put fresh signatures.

Since i was the person in need; i put the required signatures which was asked for and submitted the full form again at company's Palakkad office which is in kerala to the local admin person who inturn forwarded the same to HR.

The same thing happened once more in october and once more i was asked to put my signatures at 2 more places which i did after a talk with regional hr head who is located at cochin.

The thing repeated again in novemeber and this was the time when i really lost my temper and i called up the regional hr and complained about their mis behaviour with a former employee.

I was asked to put a few mails to the HO pf incharge at [protected]@metlife.com with a copy of documents to v.[protected]@metlife.com. I put the same on november 28th and till date even after continous enquiries nobody had even the courtesy to even give a call back.

Plz provide a revert on what is to be done in future since i have got my pf fund which is almost 8 month+ old.

Also pls do provide on what sre the legal procedures to be undertaken from my part on the same ASAP
