[Resolved] Metro Cruise Limited — NON PAYMENT OF POST DATED CHEQUE

Dear Sir/Ms, 1. I invested Rs 1,30,400/- by way of Cheque No 804339 dated 22 Oct 09. As per the agreement signed on 23 Oct 09 (Membership No J-1171) the company was to pay me Rs 8998/- per month from[protected] to[protected]. The first two months i.e. Nov & Dec 09 their post dated cheques were cashed. The last cheque has bounced due to insufficient funds in their account. There is no response from their telephones. 2. Please advice what actions are to be initiated on my part to recover the money. 3. How do we find out the whereabouts of the company directors. 4. Thanking you +2 photos Was this information helpful? Unfortunately, like you we have also been cheated heavily . The criminal case and arrests were made very late and Manmohan Singhwas given enough opportunity to hide away the cash and allow her daughter to escape. Even akansha Sharma is off Jail .Court case is going on . Could you let us know the phone no of some of those who were cheated

It appears that the case is just dragging on with end nowhere in sight . Let us perhaps take this issue to High Court
