I HAVE ALSO INVESTED IN MCL I DEPOSITED THE DOCUMENTS IN DELHI SETTLEMENT OFFICE WHEN AFTER 15 DAYS I VISITED THEIR OFFICE THEIR EMPLOYEE REPLIED THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS I AGAIN SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS BUT EVEN THAN INSPITE OF SO MANY CALLS THEY SAY NEXT WEEK THEY ARE MAKING FOOL O[censored]S. WE ALL INVESTORS FROM ALL INDIA SHOULD JOIN HANDS AND FIX A DAY TO GATHER THERE AND SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING ACTUALLY .MOBILE: [protected]
They are taking too much to settle every time a fix answer check in next week. How many "next week" required that only GOD knows...? Mr. Manmohan please... arrange to settle all investor pending money immidiately.

Arrow MCL is certainly not able to bring back the trust of its valued investors
MCL is keeping the investors in dark and not putting the facts before them.The Director has assured that MCL has 10 times of asset than the actual liabilites.Then why they are not able to settle the dues?
Every investor is waiting and want to settle their claims peacefully.As few of our friends got their money back the hope is there.But now they are not able to clear any cheque during last week.
Their agents from whole country have either got their money or some underhand deal has been struck.
Future plans are also not being brought to the notice of present or future investors.
United and comprehensive plans needed to be drawn now.Either MCL comes clean and responds on any forum or their directors and other staff are booked for their deeds.Some sort of honest approach towards our goal is needed.
Where are Mumbai's investors and their head Mr Arijit Sengupta.He was active but since long he has not put any info to us.
Directors are to be tracked as city investors did for Masood.also their present staff must be taken for task as they must be close to the hiding directors.
All investors are requested to put up valuable informations online for other friends.

Myself a senior citizen Invested my hard earned money at mcl chennai branch office.
knowinglly the entaire situvation the mcl branch accepted my deposit amount .The manager and the staff has given very high opinion about the company though it is sinking . They have executed an agreement and also sent post dated cheques of axis bank .Only they have cre-ated a big drama, and my 1st month cheque itself bounced, stating Account Blocked .
Now as per thier Instractions I have sent all documents to delhi mcl settlement cell, but so for No-Replay .I have keft money for my daughter marriage, with great hope I have Invested my money with mcl. I have sent several emails to settlement cell, but no response. now the marriage date is approching, my position is very bad and ackward, I dontknow whom to blame now .Every minute and every second I am Expecting my hard earned money back.

Only first chq. rs 8888 got cleared.
Trying for my money back since 2 months. I am from Pune.
Already send so many mails & xerox of my chq. & documents.
Still waiting for chq. Refund.
now they are telling me that they have launched new scheme for 2 years.
Invest rs 1, 10, 000 (from my balance amount only) & you will get 7700 with bank gurantee
What to do? they will say lets surrander old agrement & chq. and you will get new 24 chq. for rs. 7700.

Plz mr shakkel forget ur hard earned money .. no refund will be given .. all these companies have just vanished .. we shall forget all our money n concentrate on our futur

Local police station was not ready to take complain.As per them, it is civil matter & I should go to court.
I think, Metro has paid them enough money to keep thier mouth shut.
If we go to court;do not know how many years it wl take?
There is no one to accpet the notices sent by lawyer as their office is closed.
So, what to do ?
Our law is so dump;that is why these people tkae advantge of the situation.

For me they are telling that my case has been sent for cheque preparation.
So as of now barring slow spped no other problem is forseen.MCL should also come forward and assure their investors.Also as per available info fresh investment will be accepted in near future and something will be declared on 5th March.
