Micromax-X280 — Regarding Service

Respected Sir,
I have sent my mobile handset ( Micromax-280) to your serice station at Bhunter at Kullu (HP) in the month of Aug-2009 for repair, but the same has not been repaired till date. I have Contacted all your concerned employee for same, but all in vain.It is requsted kindly either repair the said phone or replace my handset at the earliest please. It is to mentioned that I have purchased the same in the month June-2009. I have contacted your Gurgaoun office, but all in vain. The service facility of your company is very poor, as nothing has been happend till. I have spent money more than the cost of handset. The last option remain is consumer court. So kindly look into the matter please at the earliest please.

i dont know why company write on false features on his prodects box micromax write about his modile x280 's battery backup .but when i purchased his mobile set the give stand by backup is 8hour .it the real cheating with custmour total fake company

Micromax X280 — lack of service

I HAVE PURCHASED MICROMAX X 280 FROM JAY SHREE ELETRONICS RAIPUR AFTER THREE DAYS I HAVE PROBLEM REGARDING BATTERY AND DEPOSITED THE SAME TO YOUR SERVICE CENTER BUT AFTER FIFTEEN DAYS HE GAVE ME SAME BATTERY SAYING THAT WE ARE NOT RECEIVING BATTERY FROM COMPANY THEN I COMPLAINT TO COMPANY PERSONAL AT OSWAL ELECTRONICS BUT HE ALSO GIVE EXCUSE OF DELAY IN SUPPLY OF BATTERY.WE ARE LOOSING FAITH ON COMPANY

EVEN SAME PROBLEM IS WITH MEH TOO...THEY HAVE TOLD MEH DAT THE BATTERY BACK UP IS FOR 8HRS. BUT EVERY TIME THE BATTERY LASTS FOR MAX.TO MAX.2 HRS...THE RETAILERS FROM WHOM WE PURCHASE THE HANDSET SAYING THAT HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING, WE HAVE TO APPROACH THE SERVICE CENTER...AND THERE IS NO SERVICE CENTER OF MICROMAX IN DELHI...NOW WHAT TO DO...

i have bought micromax x280 mobile in vasavi at chennai. That mobile was very very low battery back up and adapter battery also not connect correctly. mobile heated at that time of adapter charger connected. so pls avoid that mobile

I bought a mobile of micromax x111 that gives only 4 to 5 hours battery backup but specifications on net shows 4 days of backup. what should i do please suggest me.
