Please read the purchase date of the vehicle as 08.10.2008 in the place of 08.10.2009.

I have purchased Honda - Aviator on 08.10.2009 and so far I have serviced 2 times by utilising 2 free coupons as on 31.03.2009.
Yesterday i.e. on 01.04.2009 I have given my vehicle to check up my vehicle's mileage which is very poor and shameful to write the mileage 33-35. But at the time of purchasing the company as well as your marketing staff explained very cleverly that the vehicle will give mileage 40 to 45.Km per litre. This is also depending on road and traffic conditions and other aspects if any by puting * mark on brochure. It is very common.
Before Ist service of the vehicle keep its promise. Generally after completion of 1st service the vehicle's running condition and performance should improve. But in my case it was totally negative and the vehicle has given mileage of 30 to 35. Immediately I rushed to the show room and explained to Mr. Ravinder. He adjusted by reducing the RPM of the vehicle and happily given me the sendoff. You know very well more than me what will happens if RPM reduced. The same thing happened and I was ashamed.
Immediately I have given for 2nd service of the vehicle and explained the problem. But the same story is repeated and the mileage superbly increased from existing 30 to 35 to 33 to 35.I blamed my fate.
In the meantime I enquired in the market about the mileage of the vehicle and got answer 40 to 45 and some are given 50 also.
Yesterday, I have given my vehicle for testing of mileage. and submitted the coupon book when Mr.Ravinder asked me to submit along with the job card. OK. I was clearly mentioned on the job card please improve my vehicle mileage and rectify the screw of the fron safe guard.
On evening you people are delivered my vehicle by colleting Rs.165/- towards 154/- for engine oil and 11/- for screw or service I don't Know. Apart from that they have also teared my 3 rd free service coupon which is not due for service. Mr. Ravinder replied me that this is the company's policy. Nobody will change and rectify it. I argued with him about the coupon but no use.

Next the screw he tighted to the safe guard of the vehicle is absolutely rediculous and negligence.

At last I decided that this is company's policy no body will change. Once the vehicle delivered to the customer it is the fate of the purchaser even god also not helpful in this aspect.

Now I request you to sort out the problem of mileage whether it is manufacturing defect or servicing defect. Please find out from your side.

Otherwise I have no alternative except to file a complaint in consumer court against manufacturer for manufacturing defect or a seller for service defect.

I have bought the vehical on 14th FEB 2009 and it is exactly the same story of Mr. Pardha Saradhi, I have completed the first service and they have told me it will improve by second service. I hope for best but till date it is between 30 and 35. I am bit scared now after reading Mr. Pardha saradhi story..

We thought that Honda two wheeler co. is a well known company and giving his services to his customer at best level. But we were totally misunderstood.. Imaging that the NEW MODEL as well as after sale service will be at highest level we make our mind to purchase the same scooty AVIATOR DRUM

We were very disappointed on 1st service on 06/07/08 at workshop of M/s Amrit auto motors sant nagar arya nagar jawalapur. By seeing the method and work quality of your workshop, nobody take care of our scooty problem neither nobody give response to us also. We accept this as a chance.

Now on 12 /10 / 2008 we went to your workshop of M/s Amrit auto motors sant nagar arya nagar jawalapur haridwar.and registered our complaints to Mr., incharge of workshop, he make our job card and give the delivery of our car and charge Rs.548/- against parts replacement.

We were very shocked when I came back to Home while driving the scooty I note that all the complaints are still there in my scooty.

1. they said that the scooty was not starting because the cleaning was not done properly of the engine they did that but from yesterday it again started creating problem in starting the self was producing sound the kick was also same but scooty was not starting.
2. few weeks back also this problem took place and how so I manage to drag it to the service shop they gave same excuse and did something and said now it will not occur and it again occur.
3. the mud guard produces sounds, vibrates whenever it strikes in any pit. They said that it was company’s fault and it will come.

As a result we feel that in the workshop no one person is there to control the staff and not take any try after service.

We are again not satisfy and feel this service station is not fully trained to service AVIATOR, they are working in their own way.

Man who sitting there is not responsible for any thing he is only occupying the chair.

We feel again a very bad experince about the AVIATOR SCOOTY after sale service.

We request to please look after in this matter and make sure arrangements to satisfy your AVIATOR customer.

I request you to please take strict action against this or I have to do something.
We hope your reply soon,

thanks for the info.i was thiinking for new purchase of this aviator and dropped it.i do not want to be unhappy after purchasing the vehicle by paying our hardearned money.
my Honda - Aviator is giving 40 after 3 services why yours is not giving????????????????...

It is true that Aviator is giving only mileage between 30-35kms. No use even after 1/2/3rd service. But any time you ask anyone in the vendor company or service station, answer wud be that mileage expected is 40-45kms. Its false info.
i agree with him as i too facing the same problem with my aviator purchased of august 2009

Honda-Aviator — Complaint Against Poor Servicing.

I am not satisfied with the service provided by the Honda two Wheeler (Saphire Honda, Bangalore).
I have complaint regarding the Low Mileage issue of my Honda Aviator (KA51 S 8729). After 4th serviceing, the mileage of the vehicle showing very less due to which i have spent around more than 1500 Rupeess for the Petrol in a single month by driving the vehicle in a proper way also even after 3rd time complaint also.

I am subrata shil booked a honda aviator at 15.02.2010, from N.S.AUTO SPEAR CENTER, AGARTALA, TRIPURA WEST, they charges of aviator Rs. 44376 + Ins. 1010 + registration 2300+ tem. registration 300 in total Rs. 47986/- but in honda's website it's on road price is Rs. 46490/-
The dealar charged Rs.1496/- extra . I do'nt know why ? pleace tell about this
Yes, Same problem I am facing with Aviator.. I purchased it in March-2009. The mileage is too worst and gives only 30-33 KMS. They said after 2 to 3 service the mileage will improve. But, even after 4th service there is no improvement in mileage.

Even after a waiting period of 4 mths from Om Sai dealers (Malad), I opted for the Aviator.
Pl confirm whether the Top speed is 89km/hr or more as I want to use it on highway runs (Mumbai to Nasik).
To retain the best position in market, it would be tougher if the owners of the product are facing with the mileage issue as per assurance from the manufacturer.

yes i agreed, it is a 3rd class service centre.

Same in my case... Jus giving mileage around 30-33 only.
yes i agree my aviator is giving n avg. of only 31km/l while company promised of atleast of 40km/l to 50km/l, i had also got my aviator's rpm changed from axis honda workshop to increase the mileage but of no use.
