[Resolved]  Ministry Of External Affairs Passport Office Bhubaneswar — not received passport and no response

I Applicant's Name : AJIT KUMAR PRADHAN
File Reference Number : BHU-A[protected]
Application Date :[protected]
Applicant's Date of Birth :[protected]

completed my police verification before 2 months and till now i have not received my passport till now and i am getting this message when ever check my status in the web page :

"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched with in a week's time".

But now it displaying a Status as wrong reference number as....

"
File Reference Number (BHU-A[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available"

so please can u please look after the matter into it for which i shall be grateful to u.
