[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — Missing products from courier shipment | |
To start with, DTDC courier is the worst ever courier i came across in my life. Oct 2008 - I had sent a courier from bangalore to NCR region with 2 packets inside. when it reached there, the outer parcel was intact but the contents of one of the packets were removed and the inner carton as well the outer box were sealed back very carefylly. On checking i found the tape used to pack was different then the brown color tape i had used. even after repeated compliants for months nothing happened and everyone just tried to shrug the responsibility. even after that i used that courier again the same incident happened in march 09 again. after that i tried to send complaint to each and every person in DTDC but in vain. Raised it to Mr. Subhashish Chakraborty - owner, Stanley mathew A - AGM south India, Mr Mohan - Bangalore customer care, TM Sathnarayanan - AGM south, Sanjay chandrakanth - GM marketing. But no response. IT IS HIGH TIME THE COMPANY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN AND SHUT OFF OPERATIONS AS THEY ARE THIEVES IN DISGUISE. hope someone in the company is listening to this..................... Same thing happend to me, I received the courier intact but some of the product inside was missing.

reaching you is very hard no body gives your cell number and land line is of no use franchise of yours tell every day this is problem iam facing asking us to go to chamraj pet last time my person from morning till evening he waited and received parcel at 6, 10 pm,
this time may 6 from baroda reached may13 till now i have not received and nobody has the guts to take the responsibility,
it is time u take serious step else close u r service check out u r complaints 2915 responses 0 this shows u r performance and u r commitment to the post .
