[Resolved]  Modern Gas Agency — Fraud, Misselling, Making black money By the Agency

Dear Sir,

I, myself Shiromani Mishra S/o Shri Kaushal Kishore Mishra, resident of 641, “C” , Block Shyam Nagar, is an user of the Indane Gas.

I use to take the facilities of gas services from Modern Gas Agency( Dealer of Indane Gas), ownered by Mr. Harsha Tiwari 34-C 200 Ft. Road Shyam Nagar, Kanpur 208003 (Phone[protected] [protected]).
I have some critical queries about the working of this agency based on the incident happened with me.

Most of the time the agency guys put their phone aside and so customers will get either phone busy (may be the person from the desk is not able to do the job given to him) as I've personally have interrogated when I called up on their service phone from mobile while standing outside there and it gave message saying number is bus, I went in & the phone cradle was not in hook. However, I had booked my gas & came back assuming that they will send me the gas with in the time but when fifteen days passed & my cylinder got empty, I went there & queried that why the gas was not delivered & got the answer that the gas was not booked till date. I requested them to give me the gas on urgent basis because the backup cylinder was also empty they told me about their company rules that the gas would be delivered to us in given address after seven days. I tried to convince them but worthless.
Now the real situation came in front of me that the delivery man named Totaram was selling the gas in black at back street of the office in Rs. 550/- only. I went to him & again requested to low the price so that it can be affordable but he told me that he will get only Rs. 50/- (Fifty Rupees only) & rest would be distributed in office/owner & police chauki near to the agency office.
I had recorded the whole drama with my phone & got back to the owner Mr. Harsh, & after watching the MMS he gave me the delivery slip to take the gas.
I again went to the delivery man Mr. Totaram & took the gas after the taking the weight of cylinder. Now it’s fifteenth day of the whole dramatically episode the cylinder is emptied again……..

Now my queries are:
1. Why will we ( consumers ) always suffer from these agencies? Why this game of fraud & making black money will still in the process is their any end ?

2. Why these agencies never audited from company?

3. Is there no training held for these agencies about their product. I should not be true in thinking that the audit is done in pen and paper and actually no audit is done.

4. Do somebody really care about these complaints? or it's just another dustbin for complaints against any Govt organization?

5. Nevertheless I suffer. You(Fooicer Incharge) just put yourself in place me; you will feel so angry and disgusting.

At the end can I can only expect the things will be better in future?

Waiting for an urgent & prompt action on these ageny guys

Modern Gas Agency — dvc

dear sir my self arvind singh narwariya.
I am custumar of morden gas agency and my consumer no is 586790. just i want to the dvc on my no.
please give me the right guideline for this action

Non delivery of cylinder

Our booking ref no is 64546212 dt 28.08.13, still we are waiting for the cylinder. Please confirm us the delivery of this cylinder.
