[Resolved]  mohd.abdul.samad — renewal due date fault

i had paid to beam tele com for annualy subscrtion 4000 rupees dated 28/11/2010 .to beam tele com cash collection executive mr asgar .and mr asgar had given annul amount receipt siggened by mr asgar and it also mention next due date is 27/11/2011.but the customer care exective are calling me pay the next annual amount urgently to continue the internet service , why should i pay now i had paid annual amount of internet service till 28/11/2011 ,my next due date is 27/11/2011 so beam tele com cant asked me for amount before 27/11/2011. i will pay the annual amount of rupees 4000/-on or after date 27/11/2011. as i am legaly due on 27/11/2011 to beam tele com if i want to continue the internet service from beamtele com as i will continue the internet service from beam tele com i am legaly due on 27/11/2011 not before that date so the beam tele com should not ask for annual subsctrion amount from me according to indian counsumer law . if the beam tele com ask or call me for annual subsctrion amount before 27/11/2011 i will sue the beam tele com in the court of law Best Regards,
