[Resolved]  Heineken — MONEY CLAIM

This is to forward a request to have an inquiry about the SMS I received on 8th May, 09 saying, "Congrats, you have won 350.000.00 USD in 2009 (Heineken) INTL Mobile Draw in Nig. To claim, Contact Mrs. Linda Jones on e-mail:[protected]@yahoo.com" from LM-NGS.
When contacted on this mail, I was told to contact with Mr. Pascal Qazi from Financial Services Authority of Nigeria on tis mail: fsa.gov.[protected]@financier.com, or contact on tis No: Tel: +[protected]. When contacted on this mail, I was sent tis mail asking for:

Sequel to your email, we wish to inform you that the Fund Release Order is a Mandatory document which must be provided to the Access Bank before they can remit your fund to you through the Central Bank of Nigeria. It legalizes your award and gives them the constitutional right to release the Award sum to you.

Based upon your inability to come over to Nigeria in person, you are required to make the payment of the following administrative charges to us before we can issue out the document to you:

So, before going further, I wanted to know whether my invest is going to work out or it's just a fake that I'm going to lose my money. As I opened tis website, I found there are hundreds with the same kind of inquiries.
So, could you kindly tell me what is the truth, and whether I should go further or not?
