Monginis Cake — selling old stock

today 23.03.2010 i have brought a cake from monginis shop .That cake was totaly full with fangas & i have the sample for a proofe.I had complaint to the shop keeper but he denied. After all he is selling the same batch cake to another customer.It is a very unhealthy
