[Resolved]  Moser Baer — mis behavior & no service

hello sir,
I am Rajkumar Soni, i have purchase a pen drive from a shop in delhi with 5 years warranty. But after only 6 month that pendrive get ruined. Then I went to moserbear service center (Nehru Place, Ashok Bhawan, 2ed floor) for replacement but there employee are not having proper service & behavior towards customers. they told me come after 15 days. when i went after 15 days they again told me come after 1 month. again when i went go they said me there is no stock of 4GB pendrive , if you want 2 pendrive of 2 GB then ok otherwise come after 1 month.
Executive person(one mem, & one male) are not responsible for job and also towards customers.

Moser baer — Complaint against Service center of Moser baer

2 months ago i gave a memory card to the service center for changing it but after 2 months they don't give it me back. every second day i called the service center and they said call again in 2 or 3 days. my call id is MBRCHD[protected]DW.
