One often tends to think that educated people in this country would tend to bring in a change in attitude, I had high regard for new innovative education institutes but my experience with Mothers pride has been horrendous, They have great faculty, my daughre has done great and learned a lot...the curriculum right but their financial management is a scam ...Two experiences I wish to Share, One, when we went for addmission, they offered us a "Package" on a "Special" at 35 K, I work as Sr Manager for a MNC and when I shared that with them unintentionally this they said ya we can give you a Discount ...Man i wasnt loking for a discount...have a standard fees and charge it ...we walked out and they they called me like a Bank ...every single day and then finally in the name of "Afternoon School" they gave me a hefty discount ...btw the afternoon school never happens ...if your are persistent ...you will get the money off ...their Counsellors dont discuss education ..they discuss we have kids from a Different class ...and we will have a classless society ...u wonder ... then started the real face...the fees is due every quarter, I have never seen the fees reminder but much before due date, i started getting "Collection Calls" even when I am on International roaming, out of town, One thing I want to make clar ..I have never delayed payment for any reason ...they dont have an online portal ...no cheque collection facility, any way because I was travelling and phone cudnt get through ...my son got a call at my resi number (why didnt they call my residence number in the first place) and a 9 ye old kid was told that if the fees doesnt come on Monday ...she will not be picked up ...Let me reitrate that even at this stage the fees wasnt due ..it is advance ...for fees for Jan- Mar 2009, this call came on Jan 9th ...which company in the world does that...they dont tell you this ...Their collection staff is driven on pushing people ... This is about Mothers Pride Noida Sec 61 ., ...Purely a Grocery shop run by a franchisee ...dont get scammed ... the attitude of your school is same.the parent attitude and view is not wrong.Sudha Gupta is these mails matter for you .if its matter for you are you take any essential steps.if not so why you are promissing for good parenting.stop doing this and stop playing with the hearts of parents and dont play with the life of small kids for making moneys.these money not make you rich.before everything over please wake up and see the cause and try to find remedy of it escpecially the school of gurgaon sector -52.Sudha Gupta Madam wake up..Its a time to wake up.
mother pride school is horriable...हमने अपने बेटे का एडमिशन रजिस्ट्रैशन करवाया...कहा गया कि अगर आप एडमिशन नहीं लेना चाहेंगे भविष्य में तो आपका रिफंड वापस मिलेगा..लेकिन ये सब बेकार की बातें हैं। जब रिफंड देने का बात आई तो कहा गया 2 महीने में चैक बनकर वापस आएगा..जबकि ये बात रिजस्ट्रेशन के समय नहीं बताई जाती। हमारे पैसों को तो ये फ्री का मानते है और बात करने की तमीज़ भी नहींष मदर प्राइड के सेक्टर 61 की ब्रांच की हेड कहना है कि मैं नहीं जानती, जबकि फीस रजिस्ट्रेशन स्लिप पर उसी के साइन है। जब उनसे बात की तो बदतनीजी पर उतर आई। प्लीज़, कोई भी पेरटंस पना पैसा खराब ना करे। लूट का घर बना रखा है..प्लीज़.मै तो पैसा निकलवा लूंगी, चाहे कज़ूम्यर कोर्ट ही क्यों ना जाना पड़े...

I made the following complaint to Ms. Sudha Madam, the Head of Mothers Pride on 14.02.2011, but received no reply at all. If the head of some organization is so negligent in replying such a serious complaints, then what we can expect fro m that Organisation.

The text of the Complaint was as follows:-
Dear Sudha Madam,
I would like to bring to your kind notice the mismanagement of Krishna Nagar Junior Branch of Mothers Pride.
At the time of admission of our son in Mothers Pride, we were told by the branch incharge (Ms. Ranju Mittal) that either driver or maid will pick up our child from our home and drop the child back at our home only. Also, we were told that at the time of any change in the transport we will be informed in advance. But the school did not fulfill its commitments. Following are some examples regarding the mismanagement of the school:-
1. The transport information sent to us was never signed by the Branch Incharge.
2. The transport information sent to us never contained the pick and drop time as committed to us at the time of admission.
3. Once the Van of our child was changed but no advance information was sent to us but the Van Driver (Mr. Rakesh) called us at around 10:30 p.m. to inform us the change of Van from the next day. Do you feel this is a responsible information system of your school?
4. The Driver/ maid never picked/ dropped our child from/ to our home (except for some period when our child was going in the Van of Mr. Ravindra Kumar who thankfully always collected our child from our home and dropped the child at our home only) but always asked us to come out of our street to drop/ pick our child and once Mr. Rakesh (Van Driver) came earlier than his usual time outside our street and without even informing us, left for the school without taking our child. Once while coming from school, he left our child outside the street unattended. How your school can be so negligent regarding the security of the children.
5. We brought the above said mismanagement of transport to the knowledge of the school in every feedback form and in every Parents-Teacher Meeting and to Ms. Ranju Mittal over phone and personally many times but we got no reply from the school side.
6. Another incident, I would like to highlight here is the ‘Fancy Dress Competition’ held by the school. Our child performed in that fancy dress competition and was preparing for the competition and used to practice his lines atlas ten times every day. But, unfortunately he fell ill around 4 days before the competition and could not get the prize in the competition. But, we encouraged our child that he has done well and he should keep it up. But the school behavior was somehow discouraging for the children e.g.
a. When the children went to the stage no care was taken to adjust the mike according to the child. Do the school expect the children of 3-4 years to adjust the mike for themselves?
b. Ms. Ranju Mittal, in his closing speech told that the parent have done no efforts. Is your school trying to teach our children that their parents cannot teach them and it is only the school teachers who are teaching our children?
c. The first prize of the competition was given to a child who started weeping at the stage before his performance. Is the school teaching our child that if they weep before their performance, they will get the prize?
The most embarrassing situation happened on 13.02.2011 i.e. the Annual Day Celebration of Mothers Pride. On 12.02.2011, Mr. Bhagat, Transport Incharge of the branch called us and told that the Van will pick our child between 8:00 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. On 13.02.2011 and we took our child outside the street at around 8:05 a.m. and called driver and he told us that he is coming within 2-3 minutes and we kept on waiting for him and surprisingly at around 8:35 a.m.. Mr. Bhagat, Transport Incharge of the branch called us and told that the van is not coming to pick our child as there was some ‘procession’ going on and we had to drop our child to the school. We went to the school to drop our child and we found no ‘procession’ in the way and also the Van had not reached the school. We asked Mr. Bhagat that why this mismanagement happened with us and he retorted and behaved very rudely with us but could not tell even a single reason for the same. We asked the staff that we want to meet the Branch Incharge but surprisingly we were told that the Branch Incharge was not available at that time and will come in 5 minutes. We waited there for around 10 minutes but the Branch Incharge did not come. We left from their and we were assured by the staff that they will bring this incidence to the knowledge of Branch Incharge and she will surely give us a feedback within one hour. How responsible is your staff that even senior most person of the Branch was not available in the Branch on the ‘Annual Day’
Due to this mismanagement, we had to suffer the following things:-
1. The child had to wait outside the street for the Van for around 40 minutes.
2. We got very late to reach ‘Siri Fort Auditorium’ and due to this firstly, we could not get parking space in ‘Siri Fort Auditorium’ and we had to park our vehicle at ‘Ansal Plaza’ and secondly we were not allowed to enter the Auditorium. We called Ms. Gurpreet and asked about the response of Ms. Ranju Mittal for the abovesaid transport mismanagement of the school and surprisingly she told us that Ms. Ranju Mittal has told her that she is busy in Branch function and do not have time to look at such patty matters. We asked her that we are not allowed to enter the auditorium and what we should do and she asked us to handover the phone to the lady at the gate and after her talk that shown us requested us to sit on some seats in the auditorium from where the stage was not visible at all. A complete torture o[censored]s! As it was useless to sit on those seats, we waited for our child outside the auditorium and had to see the programme at the small LCD located outside the auditorium.
Another thing, I want to highlight regarding the ‘SUCCESS’ of your ‘Annual Day Celebration’. When our child was handed over to us he was crying and when we asked him for the reasons, he told us that he was hungry and Madam had not given him anything to eat for last 3-4 hours while the fact is that we were told that the proper food will be given to the children. Do you feel that your ‘Annual Day Celebration’ has been completed successfully by keeping the children hungry?
Despite our repeated strong complaints we did not get any reply from your school and we called Ms. Gurpreet in the Afternoon of 13.02.2011 and clearly told her that Mr. Rakesh is a complete nuisance and are worried to send our child for the school in his Van and requested her for some alternate transport arrangements and she told me that she will convey the message to Ms. Ranju Mittal and Ms. Ranju Mittal will call us by the day end but we are still to listen anything from the school side even till 14.02.2011.
We request you to look into the matter personally and urgently.
Hoping to get a satisfactory reply in next 2-3 days.

My kid is in Pre Nursery of Sec 5 Gurgaon school. The teachers and maid is so careless that within span of 2 months I have faced many issues:
1. They don't check the diaper of the kid, two times my kiddo did potty in her diaper in morning but she came back after 3 hours with the same state. They don't bother to do it.
2. One day she vomited in the school Van and the maid took the clothes from my kids bag to clean the VAN. which absolutely ridiculous and unexpected.
3. Teachers complain that my kid doesn't know how to do colouring. Is it something I need to teach before sending to number 1 pre school.
Highly unprofessional and unexpected.

I had my daughter's admission done in Mother's Pride Noida Sec 19A. After she started going to school, the counsellor was after my life to get her admission done in presidium in advance. I told her cannot pay right now and will decide later. To which she answered that i can pay Rs. 25000/- right now in two installments and rest of the amount at the end of year and she also said if I change my mind later i will get complete refund. Now at the time of admission in Nursery when i decided i don't want my daughter to go to Presidium, they say we will not refund the money and they never mentioned that they will refund it. When I asked to call the counsellor who said so, the answer i got is "Ah, she has left us and did you take anything in written at that time". God, I furious and had a good discussion with the Branch Head Nidhi. She wasn't even moved and gave me full assurance, no matter what i do the amount will not be refunded. To which i thanked at least i didn't give them Rs 25000 but Rs.10000. However, even for a service class person this isn't a small amount.
My recommendation, don't go to Mother's Pride and Never go to Presidium.

I'm glad that I read these reviews.I thought of admitting my daughter there...but I'll surely stay away from this school.

I am a parent and works in the Online Reputation world, and believe me, the stupid comments your staff has made by changing names and commenting positive for the organization will only defer your reputation. Instead of listening to what are the complaints and getting things rectified you are getting things worsen. Please be serious about your business. If you won't care for your business, no one else will.

This school and the management is pathetic.
I have been complaining about the branch head of Munirks branch from last 6 months and the unethical and unprofessional practises carried out by her. But no on in Mother pride seems to interested in it.
Infact the paresnt redressel section is also so bad that they dont want to hear the parents instead just speak themselves.
This is one of the worst school and management i have come across. They ask you to drop email with your concerns but they will only sit on that email and no respond to that for weeks.
Hopeless school and people.
Ms Sudha Gupta, you should see other schools in delhi or mopve out of delhi and see how the management works and how efficient the schools are. Just by opening 100 or 200 branches doesnt make a school good and popular. You can be popular with just few branches also.

Mother pride is a big scam I got many calls when my daughter is 1 yr old for the package. As of now school are worrying about money though they need to worry about studies

and how could a MOTHER or a FATHER expect anyone to love their child as they do
