i was purchase motorola v3i 9 month ago.in my mobile many tipes of problem.firstly hang, back up etc.maine is set ko service centre me diya tha.vahan isko 1 manth ke baad vapas kiya . lrkin problem to thik hui nahi per set me itni dust aa gaya hai hkiu lagta hai ki set 5-6 year ka hai...
Khurana Brothers Redington(I) Ltd who are the service agent of Motorola, is giving the worst customer service. With one phone number [protected], there is no resposnse with some time giving engaged message or sometimes out of coverage. My JOB sheet number 306, dt 9/7/9 for MOTO Q8 which wwent for repair ten days (around last week of june) for complaint autimatic switch on and switch off very frequently was not at all attended. The same when sent to service on 9/7/9 they told the problem will be checked at their HO (Okhla) and cost will be informed. But since there was no response and when I nt directly on 17.07.09, they told they have not yet sent the set to their HO and will get back to me in couple of days on estimate.
But till date no message from the Khurana brothers office and fate of my mobile is a big ?.
Will MOTOROLA company to help their customer remove these idiotic agents from their list and have direct servicing to keep hold of market?
