I have bought Motorola EM 325 less than a month ago, it worked ok for some time. No at times I am unable to make calls as the phone hangs and sometimes it dials number on its own. I had taken it to one of the authorised service centers, they said they do not have the software. I had to take it to another service center, they said they have reloaded the software, it worked for 1 day and the same problem. As a customer retention strategy, Motorola India must look into this and safe gaurd the interest of the consumer.
