I had the same problem. I bought my MotoQ 9h global mar 14. Had it replaced 2 wks later, and then again one week later. The day before AT&T would require mail-in corporate exchange, it failed again.
I did the smart thing. I got a 'Blackberry Bold.

Motorola — Hangs
Dear sir,Since the day i have purchased my mobile there has been problems in functioning of my mobile.
I have already been to service centre twice in Ahmedabad (Redington service centre) and got my complaint registered twice.i.e complaint no 4740 and 8732
Though mobile is still in warranty period its not functioning properly.
Complaint still persists
