I have a Motorola Rokr E8 handset, which has Display problem witin my warranty period. I approached REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED (Motorola Service centre) on 30th December 2008, the employees said my repair will be done within a week, but they have dragged me till today i.e. more than a month, without repairing my cellphone.Today they called me and said me that a part is not available so they some more time, everytime they do the same. One of their employee said to put a complaint against the Motorola company. I am confused, what should i do? I am a final year student and from a neighbouring state. I'm really concerned about my phone, this people dragging my work, and MY WARRANTY ON PHONE IS EXPIRING. Please somone helpme, what should i do, i am a student and from a neighbouring state.
