[Resolved]  Motorola / Rockre6 — Company refused to service product under warranty

I have purchased a motorola E6 handset on may 8th 2008. The product comes with 12 months warranty.The blue tooth device of the handset was not functioning, The handset was handed over to service center in jaipur but it was returned with out repair. the customer service center was contacted thru email but there was no response from them except a few mail exchanges.The Imei number of the handset is [protected]. Requesting your help to resolve this issue.
