I 've purchasd a motorola
W230(IMEI [protected]) on 09 oct from a dealer in Ambala Cantt.. but till date
i am not able to use that mobile, because of the delaer and
Service center people. within few hours, after purchasing the H/s
I had to visit the dealer shop to change the data cable with the H/s.
And the dealer response was so cheap that it was shock to me. i've
purchase a mobile and the same dealer even forget about the H/s he sold.
But after few arguments with me he agreed to give another data cable.
He told me that theirs duty to sell only and they don't have any concern
after that. And the next morning on 10 Oct, I visited Service center in
Ambala Cantt at 9.30 AM. But the office opened at 10.30 AM. And receptionist
didn't even registred my complaint but told me that Engineer of Service center
is on leave tody and even switched off his mobile. An on 11 Oct
the mobile charger stopped working. when I again visited the dealer
on 12 oct he argued to me that I should go to Service Center. But it was
sunday and gave me some local
charger for time being. But now the charger is also not working.
what should I do.I even start thinking to sell this mobile in loss
and to buy another company mobile. I
